01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and dt33 (hereinafter referred to as "dt33", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing all use of the dt33 website accessible at dt33.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, services, features, content, and functionality.

dt33 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting — with a particular focus on cricket markets including the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, and ICC tournaments — alongside a live casino, slots library, and supporting account and payment services. 02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the dt33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dt33 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players, in excess of the general adult age in Bangladesh, reflecting the elevated responsibility associated with real-money gambling activity.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, corporation, or other legal entity for the purposes of gambling.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the dt33 platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, consultant, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any such person, of dt33 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or personal court order.

dt33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account. Any winnings or bonus funds accrued during a period where a player is found to be underage will be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of dt33 services, including real-money betting and casino gaming, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all dt33 accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active dt33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dt33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held within them upon detection of duplicate account activity.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

3.3 KYC Verification

dt33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, dt33 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (such as a bKash or Nagad account confirmation). KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital form. dt33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dt33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify dt33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. dt33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach occurred through your failure to protect your credentials adequately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

dt33 supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

dt33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit via mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200 BDT. Minimum deposits via bank transfer channels may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set at the account level and are available within your Account Dashboard following successful login and verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed back to the same verified payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. dt33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during Bangladesh public holidays, or where additional verification is required. dt33 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All account balances, betting stakes, winnings, bonus credits, and transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). dt33 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dt33 bears no responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

dt33 offers a range of promotional incentives, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotional communication.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit via bKash or Nagad are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 BDT. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated in the current promotional terms at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dt33 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any activity identified as constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, or any other form of exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

dt33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of a technical error or misprint in a promotional offer, dt33 reserves the right to correct the error and apply the correct terms, or to withdraw the promotion entirely.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the dt33 sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other markets available on the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and accepted once dt33's system issues a confirmed bet reference number. dt33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets where dt33 believes the player holds an undue informational advantage, or where system errors have produced incorrect odds.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. Markets may be suspended at any time — including during live in-play events — at dt33's discretion. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. dt33 is not liable for any loss of profit opportunity resulting from market suspension.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the market is settled in error and the error is corrected within a reasonable timeframe; the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault producing incorrect odds or lines. In all void scenarios, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply to all sports betting markets. Current limits are displayed within the dt33 sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement. dt33 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time.

07 Casino & Game Rules

The dt33 casino library includes live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and other certified providers. All games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider in addition to these Terms.

7.1 RNG and Fair Play

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available in the dt33 slots library and virtual table game section are sourced exclusively from providers whose RNG systems hold a current independent certification from a recognised testing laboratory. dt33 does not modify game outcomes. 7.2 Technical Faults

08 Responsible Gaming

dt33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. All responsible gaming features described below are available as self-service options within every verified dt33 account.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a reduction in a deposit limit takes effect immediately; an increase in a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. When a loss limit is reached, betting and casino activity is suspended for the remainder of the relevant period.

dt33 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform interfaces, including the login page, cashier, account management area, and game client connections. Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and compliance authorities only where necessary for the provision of services or required by applicable law.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dt33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one dt33 account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the dt33 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, spinning slots, or harvesting odds data.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dt33 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access account areas, administrative interfaces, or game server data beyond what is accessible to a standard registered player.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dt33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss.

dt33 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dt33 makes no representations regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

dt33's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their dt33 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

12 Amendments to These Terms

dt33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantively affects players' rights, obligations, or the operation of key features — dt33 will provide notice via the registered email address associated with affected accounts or via a prominent notice on the dt33 platform, no less than seven days before the amendment takes effect.

For minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law — dt33 may implement changes without advance notice. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the dt33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting support at [email protected].
